Tom joined Motive Partners in 2026 and is an Associate in the Growth & Buyout Investment team.

At Motive, Tom is responsible for sourcing, analysing, and executing investments as it relates to technology companies that enable the financial economy.

Prior to joining Motive, Tom was an Associate in Oliver Wyman’s Private Capital team, where he advised financial sponsors on commercial due diligence and value creation strategy across the insurance, wealth, business services, and capital markets technology industries.

Tom holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Edinburgh, and a BEng in Chemical Engineering.
