Doug Tedd joined Motive Partners in 2022 and is a Consultant, Senior Architect and also works as tech lead to ensure the correct design and quality delivery of projects on the Create team.

Prior to joining Motive, Doug worked at SWIFT on a number of projects including the MIRS RTGS resiliency service, the Mandated Payment Service for NPP Australia, and the SWIFT ISO message modelling tools.

Doug started his career working for Philips Research where he worked for 6 years in the UK and The Netherlands before moving on to the mobile and media industry in the early 2000's. The past 20 years of his career have been focused primarily on projects in the financial sector.

Doug graduated from the University of West Scotland with a first class honors degree in Computer Science and Digital Control.
