Michael Forster joined Motive Partners in 2026 and is a Principal on the Information Technology team.

At Motive, Michael leads internal IT operations across all of the company's global offices. Prior to joining Motive, Michael was Head of Technical Operations at Madison Logic, where he was responsible for all technical, compliance, and security operations spanning offices in New York, London, Pune, and Singapore. Prior to Madison Logic, Michael was Director of Security Technology at Hana, a CBRE company, where he was responsible for infrastructure buildouts across the US and London.

Michael earned a BFA in Technical Direction from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
