Megan joined Motive Partners in 2026 as a Vice President on the Human Capital Team.

Prior to joining Motive Partners, Megan was Senior HR Generalist at Zodia Custody where she acted as the key HR Business partner for regional heads, managing employee relations, learning & development, policies, and global benefits management. Megan began her career at a Phipps Cameron Recruitment as HR Operations lead where she managed the full employee life cycle, with a focus on well-being and benefits, she also obtained her CIPD qualification. Megan then went onto hold roles as HR Generalist at Unipec and HR manager at Morrow Sodali where she owned performance, onboarding, policies, and recruitment.

Megan holds a degree in media communications from Bath Spa University.
