Louis Gassner joined Motive Partners in 2026 as an Analyst within the Venture Investment team.

Louis works with the Venture Investment team, supporting the sourcing and due diligence of investment opportunities across Europe and North America. Prior to joining Motive Partners, Louis worked in M&A Advisory at BELGRAVIA & CO., Business Development at Enpal, among other consulting experiences.

Louis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from EBS University of Business and Law and is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Finance at WHU, Otto Beisheim School of Management.
