Nikki Koehnlein joined Motive Partners in 2024 and is a Director on the Human Capital team. 

At Motive, Nikki is responsible for developing and executing strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent. Nikki leads the Human Capital team to drive performance, talent development, and organizational alignment in support of the firm’s strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Motive, Nikki was a Human Capital Consultant at General Atlantic where she was responsible for many key global projects and initiatives.  Nikki began her career in non-profit, holding generalist human capital roles with the Harvard School of Public Health and the Council on Foreign Relations.  Nikki then moved into financial technology and financial services as a Human Resources Manager at Wall Street Systems, and a Human Resources Business Partner at Perella Weinberg Partners supporting the asset management division.   

Nikki has a B.S. in Marketing from Boston College.
