Khaashif Riaz joined Motive Partners in 2026 as a Senior Associate within the Create team.

Prior to joining Motive Partners, Khaashif was a software engineer at Vanguard, working across data, cloud and GenAI building investment data products. He began his career at Accenture, embedded on-site with clients across government and insurance, modernizing legacy systems through cloud and data engineering.

He also holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Warwick and a BSc Hons in Mathematics and Business from Aston University.
