Ian Aquilino joined Motive Partners in 2026 and is a Principal on the Capital Formation & Investor Relations team.

At Motive, he focuses on project management to support fundraising initiatives and ongoing investor relationships. Prior to joining Motive, Ian spent five years at Veritas Capital as a member of the Capital Formation & Investor Services team, where his responsibilities included investor coverage and project management. Previously, he was a member of BlackRock's Alternative Solutions Group. Ian began his career as an Actuarial Assistant at New York Life.

Ian holds a B.S. in Actuarial Science with Minors in Mathematics and Statistics from Penn State University.
