Thomas Harris joined Motive Partners in 2019 and is a Principal on the Investment team.

At Motive, Tom is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing venture stage investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Motive, Tom worked for two years within the Operating Team at Motive Partners, supporting thesis development, due-diligence and value creation planning for Motive Partners investments and portfolio companies. Previously, Tom spent over six years at Accenture Strategy. Whilst at Accenture, Tom initially supported M&A transactions and corporate restructuring projects before progressing to lead many digital innovation strategy & growth projects across global financial services. These projects included the development of four new digital banking platforms, several large transformation projects and advising banking clients and Accenture on three corporate venture capital investments.

Tom led the digital banking strategy community of practice and served as a mentor to early-stage start-ups through the FinTech Innovation Lab in London. He has completed CFA I, the Legal Practice Course (Corporate track) at The University of Law, London and holds an LLB in Law and Business Management from The University of Leeds.
