Erica joined Motive Partners in 2026 and is an Executive Assistant.

At Motive, Erica is responsible for managing the administrative duties of partners, as well as supporting the Marketing & Communications team.  Erica is a strategic Executive Business Partner with over a decade of experience supporting C-suite leaders across the fashion, beauty, and technology industries.

Most recently, at Zeta Global, Erica provided executive support to four presidents across multiple business units, while leading team event initiatives. Prior to that she supported the Founder/CEO and CBO at Osmo.ai, an olfactory technology company, while transitioning into people operations, during a period of growth and learning the fast-paced, cross functional nature of building a startup. Her background also includes sales allocation management across global fragrance brands at Shiseido Americas, along with supporting roles at PUMA North America and Hudson's Bay Company partnering on high-visibility initiatives and large-scale sponsorship activations.
