Ellen Ibrahim joined Motive Partners in 2026 and is Director in the Human Capital team.

Prior to joining Motive, Ellen served as the Chief People Officer at Droit where she led the firm’s people initiatives and strategy. Prior to Droit, Ellen held roles in talent acquisition, talent strategy, and talent management at Goldman Sachs, Strategy& (part of the PwC network), and Barclays.

At Motive, Ellen leads the global Human Capital practice – driving hiring, performance, talent development, and organizational alignment in support of the firm’s strategic objectives.

Ellen holds a B.A in Psychology from Princeton University, and a M.A in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University.
