Vincent Amadou joined Motive Partners in 2018 and is a Consultant Senior Research Engineer on the Create team.

At Motive, Vincent architects and builds prototypes and MVPs for Motive Create members and executes the value creation initiatives for Motive’s portfolio companies. Vincent brings over 20 years’ experience in designing and implementing technical solutions for customer facing applications in the financial services industry and has deep technical and functional expertise in the banking and payment space, where his core focus is around open-banking regulations (PSD2, CMA9).

Prior to joining Motive, Vincent served as a technical architect at FIS, where he supported banks implementing PSD2 regulations. Previously, Vincent led a development team at Isabel Group, where he built multi-bank propositions for corporates. Vincent began his career as a consultant, helping corporate and government organizations on software projects related to tax, clearing management, and settlement.

Vincent holds a MSc. in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis.
