Sophia joined Motive Partners in 2025 and is a Receptionist.

Prior to joining Motive, Sophia was a scheduler at Blackstone, supporting team operations and coordination across multiple offices. Sophia began her career as a musical theatre actress and spent two years performing while sailing around the world on Oceania Cruises. Onboard, she doubled as the Social Hostess, a role in which she hosted various ceremonies, activities and dinners with the Captain and other officers.

Sophia earned a BFA in Musical Theatre at Coastal Carolina University.
