Roman Regelman joined Motive Partners in 2024 as an Industry Partner and is a proven operator with extensive experience leading global companies. Roman currently serves at the Group President of FNZ, a leading wealth technology platform and global fintech with assets under administration of $1.6 trillion, and a Motive Partners portfolio company.
Prior to joining Motive Partners, Roman was the CEO of Securities Services and Digital at BNY, the largest segment of the firm, with close to $9 billion in revenue, where he restructured the organization, launched new products and led a global workforce of more than 25,000 people across 30 countries. Prior to this, Roman was Chief Digital Officer at BNY Mellon where he led a number of major transformational enterprise initiatives.
Roman was previously a Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group, where he co-led the global financial services digital business and led major transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, Roman has launched and driven multiple growth businesses and led change agendas for financial institutions and services companies in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, as well as started multiple fintech ventures and partnerships that span a broad range of technologies and business models.
Roman earned a Master of Business Administration Summa Cum Laude from Olin Graduate Business School at Babson College and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from St. Petersburg State Technical University.
