Raquel Alfonso joined Motive Partners in 2023 and is an Executive Assistant based out of the New York office. Raquel brings over 15 years of administrative experience serving senior and C-Suite executives. At Motive, Raquel is responsible for managing the administrative duties of the Chief Financial Officer and the broader Operations team.   Raquel also serves as the Office Manager in New York and is therefore responsible for the day-to-day operations of the New York office.

Prior to joining Motive, Raquel was the Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder at Peek Travel. Previously, she was the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief People Officer at Kobalt Music where she also managed the New York office. Raquel’s career as an Executive Assistant began at Gilt Groupe where she supported the Chief Supply Chain Officer, CEO of Gilt Japan, President of Gilt City and other senior leaders for 6 years at the tech e-commerce company. Her professional career began as a Legal Assistant at ESPN.

Raquel earned a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from St. John’s University.
