Meagan Navarro joined Motive Partners in 2021 and is an Executive Assistant based out of the New York office. Meagan brings over 10 years of administrative experience serving senior and C-Suite executives. At Motive, Meagan is responsible for managing the administrative duties of the Chairman and Founding Partner.

Prior to joining Motive, Meagan was Executive Assistant to the Founder, Creative Director and Co-CEO at Ramy Brook, LLC. Previously, she was the Executive Assistant to the Creative Director and EVP of Henri Bendel and Executive Assistant to the Store Development and Sourcing, as well as Gifting and Accessories senior executive team at Mast Global, a division of L Brands. Meagan began her career as Office Manager at Weill Cornell Vascular.

Executive Assistant
