Heather Bellini joined Motive Partners in 2023 and is an Industry Partner based out of the New York office. In addition to her role at Motive as an Industry Partner, Heather assumed the role of President & CFO of InvestCloud in July 2023, and has also served on InvestCloud’s Board of Directors as Chair of the Audit Committee since May 2022.
Before joining Motive, Heather served as a Partner and Managing Director at Goldman Sachs for nearly 10 years before joining cybersecurity software company Deep Instinct as CFO in 2021. At Goldman Sachs, Heather led the Technology Research Group and served as an Equity Research Analyst, specializing in the software sector and Internet-related companies. During her time at the company, Heather led the research diligence and investor education initial public offering for 20 companies, including Anaplan, Atlassian, Cloudflare, Crowdstrike, Dropbox, Dynatrace, Elastic NV, Facebook, MongoDB, Okta, Ping Identity, Rackspace Holdings, Salesforce, Slack Technologies, Snowflake, Solarwinds, Twilio, Unity, VMware, Workday, and Zoom Video Communications. She was named to the inaugural Barron’s 100 Most Influential Women in Finance in 2020.
Prior to Goldman Sachs and Deep Instinct, Heather served as a Senior Managing Director at ISI Group, Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank, and Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney before joining Goldman Sachs in 2011.
Heather earned a BA in Economics from Denison University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School. Heather is a CFA Charterholder.
