Gabby Pendry joined Motive Partners in 2023 and is an Executive Assistant based out of the London office. Gabby brings over 6 years of administrative experience serving C-Suite executives. At Motive, Gabby is responsible for providing extensive administrative support to the Investor Relations team.

Prior to joining Motive, Gabby was an Executive Assistant at Calibre One, a leading transatlantic executive search boutique, where she provided administration support to multiple Partners as well as project management and events planning for the firm.

Gabby was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa before immigrating to the UK in 2010. She has a broad background working in Management Consulting, Financial industries and Executive Search.

Gabby attended the University of Johannesburg in South Africa.
