Britt Zarling joined Motive Partners in 2024 and is Managing Director of Marketing and Communications. At Motive, Britt is responsible for brand-building, culture communications, digital marketing, public relations and social media strategies for the firm.
Prior to joining Motive, Britt was Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at global fintech and payments leader Fiserv, where she led global communications and culture development initiatives, including communications strategies for all M&A, redefining the company’s vision and mission framework, and developing its employer brand. In addition to leading integrated internal and external communications and marketing programs, Britt designed and led brand and executive coaching programs, social engagement strategies, crisis communications and reputation management.
Before that, Britt led global strategic communications and thought leadership for workforce solutions industry leader ManpowerGroup, where she notably expanded the company’s high-profile strategic partnership with the World Economic Forum, as well as led the communications strategy to launch the company’s rebranding. With more than 20 years of corporate communications, brand elevation and culture-building experience primarily in Technology and Professional Services, Britt began her career at GE, where she built her communications expertise in various capacities spanning multiple businesses and industries. Her background also includes agency experience managing communications and brand identity programs for clients across consumer and commercial businesses.
Britt has participated in the Fortune Most Powerful Women Next Gen Conference and was a featured keynote speaker at the PayTech Women Spring Meeting and Annual Leadership Summit.
Britt earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Wisconsin.
