Frank Martire is a Partner and General Counsel at Motive Partners. He has spent his career representing public and private companies and boards of directors in multifaceted domestic and international M&A transactions.
Frank Martire was most recently a Partner in Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s M&A group in New York and has represented public and private companies and boards of directors in connection with complex domestic and international merger and acquisition transactions. Frank has extensive experience counseling clients on a broad range of corporate, securities, and business-related matters, and has represented financial advisory firms and fairness opinion providers in M&A transactions.
Previously, Frank practiced law as an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York, and was a financial analyst in JP Morgan Chase & Co.’s investment banking division from 2000 to 2002 and a financial analyst in John S. Herold’s M&A research group from 2003 to 2004.
In 2016, Mr. Martire was named a recipient of the 2016 M&A Advisor’s “Emerging Leaders” award and a recipient of the 2016 New York Metro Super Lawyers’ “Rising Star” award. Mr. Martire received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2007 and his B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University in 2000.
