Yuting Zeng is an investment professional with a keen focus on the financial institutions and technology sectors. Yuting joined Motive from PAG, where she was involved in a number of growth and buyout opportunities.
Yuting Zeng was most recently Vice President at PAG Asia Capital, the Private Equity division of PAG Group, one of Asia’s largest alternative asset management firms. At PAG, Yuting was responsible for the sourcing, evaluation and execution of buyout and significant minority investment opportunities, with a primary focus on the financial institutions and TMT sectors. Yuting’s prior transactions include PAG’s investment in Dashu Financial, a Shenzhen-based SME financing company, for which she led the commercial, financial and operational due diligence. During her time at PAG, Yuting was seconded to CIC, China’s sovereign wealth fund, where she served as a member of the Emerging Markets Private Equity Group. At CIC, Yuting was involved in the selection of investment managers as well as the execution of direct and co-investment opportunities, including a completed transaction in the technology sector.
Prior to PAG, Yuting was with Hudson Clean Energy Partners, a growth private equity manager focused on renewable energy investments. She began her career in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse in New York.
Yuting graduated from Yale College with a double major in Economics & Mathematics and Political Science, with distinction in Political Science.
